Requirements

• 2+ Years of IT Support Experience
• Strong Windows & Microsoft 365 Knowledge
• Help Desk Software Proficiency
• Active Directory & Group Policy Familiarity
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Excellent Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
• Strong Communication Skills
• Self-Motivated & Organized
• Experience with RMM Tools (Preferred)
• Basic Scripting or Automation Skills (Preferred)
• Cybersecurity Awareness (Preferred)
