The owner, Stephan Klein, has over 30 years of professional experience and, along with his team, takes care of company networks for businesses that cannot afford their own IT department.

• Support for clients and company networks (internally and externally) ensuring secure operation and maximum customer satisfaction.
• 85% of tasks performed remotely from the company location and 15% on-site at the client.

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field or career changers with relevant IT affinity and interest in learning new topics.
• Fluent German (telephone support primarily in German, partially in English).
• Knowledge of client and server systems (Microsoft Windows 10/11, Server: from 2019).
• Microsoft Active Directory.
• Building complex networks.
• IT security (e.g., firewalls, encryption).
• Experience in administering Microsoft 365.
• Proficient English skills in the technical field.
