Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple mobile home parks. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction across all assigned communities.

• Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple mobile home parks
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure property conditions meet company standards
• Oversee vendor relationships and maintenance schedules
• Lead the operational onboarding of newly acquired mobile home parks
• Assist in analyzing operational data for acquisitions
• Develop and manage budgets for each property
• Recruit and manage on-site property managers and maintenance staff
• Ensure adherence to local and federal housing regulations
• Promote a positive living environment for residents
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site property management
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience with property management software
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
