This remote leadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, oversee operations, and directly impact performance across a growing portfolio.

• Lead the nationwide portfolio of manufactured housing communities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and business plans.
• Oversee daily property operations and team management.

• Recruit, train, and develop Community Managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Generate performance reports and analyze data for improvements.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to present strategic insights.

Requirements

• Proven success in managing large-scale manufactured housing portfolios.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Deep understanding of property operations and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in property management systems; experience with Rent Manager is a plus.
• Familiarity with tenant law and fair housing requirements.
