Luminary Group is partnered with a leading life science company who are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Product Management with expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) to lead their product management team and drive the development of innovative RWE solutions.

In Short

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
• Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Translate product strategy and customer requirements into clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide product enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and drive customer-centric product development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space.
• Represent our client in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in Real-World Evidence or related fields.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in market analysis and customer insights gathering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
