Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, preferably in manufactured housing or multifamily.

• Experience with property management software and reporting platforms (e.g., Rent Manager, Yardi, MRI).
• Familiarity with MHC operations, including rent structures, home ownership models, and regulatory nuances.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for site visits and project oversight.
