Overview

As a Buildings & Communities Manager, you will oversee the operations of several developments across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire, ensuring compliance and high-quality living experiences for residents.

• Manage onsite teams for multiple developments.
• Ensure building compliance and documentation is up to date.
• Lead the mobilisation of new sites.
• Collaborate with procurement for service agreements.

• Conduct site inspections for health & safety adherence.
• Lead a team across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Relevant property management experience.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Experience in report preparation and budgeting.
• Ability to manage customer complaints.
• Leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Property related qualification such as IRPM.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
