This role is for a Sales Progressor at Pegasus Homes, focusing on supporting the sales process for high-quality homes aimed at independent later living.

In Short

  • Home-based position with weekly office attendance.
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary of £30,000 with OTE of £35,000 - £38,000.

  • Manage sales progression from reservation to completion.
  • Set up tenancy agreements and manage tenant referencing.
  • Requires excellent IT and communication skills.
  • Experience in property sales is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and multitasking abilities needed.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of the home buying process is advantageous.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.
  • ARLA/Property Mark qualification is desirable.
