Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Program Manager to oversee a dynamic team of Business Loan Executives at World Business Lenders, a U.S. based company with a 100% remote workforce.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Loan Sales Specialists.
• Ensure team members meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct regular coaching and training sessions.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Loan Sales Executives.

Requirements

• Strong background in U.S. mortgage or banking sales.
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
• Experience in performance management.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively.
• Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, or a Central American country.
