Client Success Manager (Eastern) - Remote

Overview

This position can be done remotely and will be required to work Eastern Timezone (9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST). You’ll be one of the earliest employees at Passthrough and will be a huge part of defining the culture and structure. We’re looking for people who can grow with us.

In Short

• Ensure successful client engagements for customers, investors, lawyers, and fund administrators.
• Own client relationships from sales hand-off to go-live to closing.
• Seek customer feedback for product improvements.
• Ensure error-free client onboarding.
• Proven experience managing renewals and driving product adoption.
• Ability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Track record of client retention and satisfaction metrics.
• Familiarity with fund formation processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior executives.
• Exceptional attention to detail for managing VIP accounts.

• Proven experience as primary owner of client relationships.
