Fund Formation Attorney - Remote

Overview

As a Fund Formation Attorney, you will own the relationships with our law firm partners and lead complex fund-formation launches.

In Short

• Lead fund-formation launches on Passthrough.
• Design the Legal Success Program.
• Manage law firm relationships.
• Coordinate demos and sales follow-up for General Partner clients.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers.
• Create business review frameworks and automate insights.
• Define law firm partner SLAs and monitor performance.
• Create support and training programs for legal teams.
• Channel market feedback into the product roadmap.
• Pilot beta features and produce case studies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of fund-formation experience.
• Knowledge of venture, private-equity, or hedge-fund structures.
• Executive presence for client interactions.
• Experience with SaaS or fintech solutions (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with KYC/AML processes (nice-to-have).
• Prior use of legal tools like iManage (nice-to-have).
