In Short

  • Design and deliver 1:1 and group coaching programs to enhance sales performance, focusing on mental toughness, goal-setting, and emotional regulation.
  • Apply performance psychology techniques (e.g., visualization, self-talk, stress management) to help salespeople overcome rejection and thrive under pressure.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align coaching with business objectives, such as increasing close rates and prospecting efficiency.
  • Track and measure coaching impact through KPIs like sales revenue, call volume, and team engagement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and resilience within our sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience coaching sales professionals to achieve measurable performance gains (e.g., increased revenue, improved conversion rates).
  • Expertise in performance psychology principles (e.g., mental skills training, arousal regulation) gained through a psychology degree, certifications (e.g., ICF, AASP, MPM), or equivalent experience.
  • Strong sales background or deep understanding of sales processes (e.g., objection handling, closing techniques).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and connect with diverse team members.
  • Ability to work remotely or hybrid, with flexibility for occasional in-person workshops (if applicable).
  • Bonus: Certifications in NLP, high-performance coaching, or sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, SPIN Selling).
