Overview

Your main responsibility will be to retain our diverse customer base while enhancing the customer experience by introducing new products, presenting our Advertising Suite, API Index, Market Data Intelligence, and our enterprise e-commerce solution “Partstore”.

In Short

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition to using the product of service.
  • Deliver comprehensive presentations on all products offered by the organization.
  • Work closely with key contacts within the customer’s organization to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively identify issues.
  • Engage with customers to anticipate and address issues and concerns.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics to management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market.
  • Remain connected to clients and the market for new opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events for networking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hunter mentality.
  • Strong Presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle rejection.
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly.
  • Quota carrying inside sales/business development experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Oro (or similar CRM).
