Overview

The Senior Associate, Strategy & Impact plays a key role in how PPG learns, adapts, and delivers impact by connecting strategy, execution, and insights across the organization.

In Short

• Implement PPG's multi-year strategic plan.
• Drive cross-program planning and reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes.
• Lead the development of PPG's impact framework.
• Design tools for data collection and performance tracking.
• Facilitate cross-program learning processes.
• Work with communications to advance storytelling opportunities.
• Produce grant reports and track deliverables.
• Manage complex workstreams within the Strategy & Impact portfolio.
• Develop and drive clear work plans and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years in impact measurement or related fields.
• Experience with data systems and visualization tools.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Familiarity with theories of change and logic models.
• Experience developing organizational dashboards.
• Proficiency with productivity tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
