• Create a relationship as a deeply trusted advisor with your portfolio of Brand partners
• Focus on guiding Brand partners towards success on ShopMy, maintaining high retention rates
• Partner with sales team to understand business goals and upselling opportunities
• Identify and create solutions for day-to-day issues across multiple accounts
• Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to accounts
• Strategically elevate conversations for successful outcomes
• Manage ad-hoc projects across the organization
• Collaborate with Client Strategy team members to ensure best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years in strategic, client-facing roles
• Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office
• Creative, proactive approach to crafting solutions
• High level of organization with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Highly adaptable to changing needs and goals
• Team player with the ability to step up wherever needed
