Overview

The People Operations Analyst will play a central role in building and sustaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performing organization at Partners for Public Good, focusing on HR operations functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in people operations or HR.
• Experience in recruitment and performance management.
• Familiarity with HR systems and compliance workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year.
