Overview

The Infrastructure Advisor will assist local governments in delivering public infrastructure projects effectively and efficiently, enhancing daily life for residents.

In Short

  • Advise on project delivery and procurement methods.
  • Provide guidance through project phases from design to close-out.
  • Improve project timelines, cost control, and transparency.
  • Coach government staff on procurement and contract administration.
  • Develop tools and templates for effective practices.
  • Lead training sessions on infrastructure project delivery best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership.
  • Author articles and case studies on infrastructure trends.
  • Support proposal development and expand organizational impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on technical aspects of project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in civil works and public infrastructure.
  • Experience with state or local governments in project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Willingness to travel at least nine times per year.
