The Assistant Director of Government Transformation will lead the Infrastructure Initiative, focusing on modernizing local governments' critical infrastructure including transportation, water, energy, and broadband.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Seven or more years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of people management experience.

  • Experience in public sector procurement or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster collaboration.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset.
