In Short

  • Support the development of brand positioning, messaging, and architecture for Humana INS and Reliance.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across campaigns and experiences.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and governance tools.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and support strategic planning and reporting.
  • Oversee legal reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct competitive and trend reporting to inform brand decisions.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic campaign briefs.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making abilities.
