Overview

The Senior Associate - Impact will support the measurement and evaluation strategy of impactful programs in Brazil, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Support development and maintenance of frameworks for tracking KPIs.
• Manage and update program data dashboards for accuracy.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity.
• Document and make impact data available for reporting.
• Design and execute impact measurement plans with program teams.
• Provide data-backed insights during reflection sessions.
• Facilitate integration of learnings into program improvements.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Strong skills in data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication in Portuguese and English.
