SOX Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

As a SOX Senior Associate at Cloudflare, you will support the SOX Manager in executing all aspects of Cloudflare’s SOX program, working closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

In Short

• Support SOX risk assessment and controls optimization.
• Facilitate walkthroughs of key business processes.
• Plan and execute tests of design and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate audit requests with external auditors.
• Report testing status and roadblocks to SOX Manager.
• Document test work in SOXHUB tool.
• Contribute to deficiency evaluation process.
• Assist with issue validation and control identification.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Compliance, External or Internal Audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of internal controls framework (e.g., COSO).
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Suite and Visio.
• Strong presentation skills in English.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• CPA / CIA preferred but not mandatory.
