Overview

The Technical Support Specialist for the Meditation and Mental Wellness app will serve as a key escalation point for resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to enhance the member experience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with support tools like Zendesk or Jira.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Empathy-driven mindset and passion for helping others.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
