Overview

The Emergency Medical Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing and conducting training for employees and managers at the Faro Mine Remediation Project, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

• Develop and conduct training for employees and managers.
• Create training materials including presentations and online modules.
• Manage the security team and scheduling.
• Ensure emergency equipment is compliant and operational.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop instructional content.
• Manage the LMS system and training roadmaps.
• Monitor training quality and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare drafts of policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Certification in Mine Rescue or Emergency Medical Responder training.
• Knowledge of safety principles and regulations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25 kg.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required.
• Experience in Training and Development or Safety.
