Overview

As a Senior Conversational Designer at Parloa, you will play a key role in transforming customer service with AI Agents. You will manage the end-to-end deployment of Parloa's solutions, enhancing customer experiences for clients and partners.

In Short

• Guide customers and partners through AI Agent implementations.
• Drive analysis of customer requirements and tailor LLM prompts.
• Simplify complex workflows for effective LLM understanding.

Requirements

• Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• 3+ years of experience in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data structures across systems.
• Expertise in user needs and behaviors.
• Experience in rigorous testing procedures for AI Agents.
• Exceptional attention to detail in conversational flows.
• Experience dealing with Enterprise customers.
• C2 level German and C1 level English skills.
