Manager, Implementation - Remote

Overview

As the first point of contact, post-sale, our Implementation team sets the tone for our customer experience. We are searching for a dynamic Manager, Implementation to lead a team focused on our Remind customers. These Implementation Managers will work to ensure each customer has a successful onboarding journey.

• Organize and oversee team training needs.
• Troubleshoot and support issues in the implementation process.
• Maintaining up-to-date internal resources.
• Providing backup support for customer support desk.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within Edtech.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Experience in leveraging technology for implementation.
• Familiarity with SFTP and API.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
