ParcelHero is one of the UK’s biggest parcel delivery price comparison sites, looking for a driven and ambitious Finance Director to lead the finance team and ensure financial integrity while supporting the CFO and senior management.

In Short

• Lead the finance team to deliver accurate management information.
• Develop and lead financial reporting processes and business systems.
• Support budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
• Ensure proper financial accounting and administration functions.
• Produce and interpret management accounts.
• Oversee year-end audit processes.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory matters.
• Report on budget variances and cost control.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or CIMA).
• 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Experience with financial forecasting software is a strong advantage.
