• Lead and scale the Finance Centres of Excellence team in India.
• Build and implement robust financial and operational controls.
• Manage global financial reporting processes.
• Oversee month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Drive efficiency in finance operations.
• Perform financial analysis to optimize performance.
• Lead statutory audits and ensure compliance.
• Partner with Division Presidents to enhance profitability.
• Provide leadership on finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• CPA / Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Experience in global reporting and finance operations.
• Hands-on experience in audit management.
• Understanding of corporate finance functions.
• Experience in Technology or SaaS sectors preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing financial transformations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
