In Short

  • Lead as a personal contributor to open new opportunities in Radio Access sales.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies to gain market share.
  • Establish and maintain C-level customer relationships with MNOs across Asia.
  • Coordinate full sales cycle with regional leaders and delivery teams.
  • Provide strategic technical consultancy to influence customer roadmaps.
  • Drive competitive positioning and gather market intelligence.
  • Lead and coach a matrixed team and monitor pipeline via CRM tools.
  • Represent Parallel Wireless in commercial negotiations and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of local experience selling to MNOs.
  • Proven record of sales success across Asia.
  • Strong technical comprehension of RAN technologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel up to ~50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields; MBA or certifications are a plus.
