In Short

  • Provide Sales Engineering support during sales process.
  • Present Parallel Wireless Solution offerings to customers and prospects.
  • Respond to customer RFI/RFP/RFQs during the sales process.
  • Build detailed solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Build relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Document cellular solutions to describe benefits of products.
  • Follow industry technology trends.
  • Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences for support.
  • Communicate customer requirements to development teams.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a global sales engineering position.
  • Deep understanding of 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunications and cellular networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Travel Required: 30% at peaks.
