Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing accounts in the Middle East and Africa, primarily in the agro-food industry, while working remotely from France or nearby regions.

In Short

  • Develop and manage customer accounts in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Visit prospects and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create specifications based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain continuous contact with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Provide technical advice on high-value sales projects.
  • Negotiate directly with clients.
  • Identify development opportunities for the company.
  • Minimum 50% travel required in the export zone.
  • Home office position with regular visits to the factory in France.

Requirements

  • Higher education in International Business or Technical field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a technical field.
  • Experience with agro-food industry accounts is preferred.
  • Enjoy field contact and travel.
  • Strong synthesis and advisory skills.
  • Operational English required.
