Overview

The Mechanical Design Engineer will design high-quality, technologically advanced rotating machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries while providing technical support across various business areas.

In Short

• Design mechanical components and assemblies according to customer specifications.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and technical requirements.
• Generate 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and documentation.
• Support assembly and testing to resolve design issues.

• Required qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in designing capital equipment.
• Fluency in 3D CAD packages, preferably Inventor.
• Solution-driven and customer-oriented approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or above) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in designing original capital equipment.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software.
• Able to perform mechanical calculations and FEA simulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ATEX environments is advantageous.
