Controls Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Controls Specialist will work closely with project leaders to verify control details, create electrical schematic diagrams, and collaborate with the Purchasing Team to specify and source components for electrical designs. This role involves programming PLC control systems, HMI screens, and performing testing on equipment.

Requirements

• Electrical/Electronics/Automation/Mechatronics Diploma or Degree.
• Experience in designing industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with PLC control systems and HMI Programming.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Unitronics PLCs.
• Knowledge of Pneumatic, Stepper, VFD, and Servo components.
• Experience with MRP/ERP and MS Office software.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
