In Short

  • Lead as a personal contributor to open new opportunities in Radio Access sales.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for market share growth.
  • Establish and maintain C-level customer relationships across the Pacific region.
  • Coordinate full sales cycle with internal teams to secure orders.
  • Provide strategic technical consultancy to align customer roadmaps with solutions.
  • Drive competitive positioning and gather market intelligence.
  • Coach a matrixed team and monitor sales pipeline via CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in commercial negotiations and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of local experience in sales with MNOs.
  • Proven record of sales success in the Pacific region.
  • Strong technical knowledge of RAN technologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region up to ~50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
