Overview

PAR Technology has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Customer Success professional to join our Punchh team!

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of brands to maximize value from our platform.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Work cross-functionally to launch new features and drive adoption.
  • Identify growth opportunities and champion client success.
  • Engage in strategic QBRs to align on performance.
  • Spot upsell potential and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with sales during the pre-sales stage.
  • Travel 15-20% as needed.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
  • Experience in mar-tech or restaurant tech preferred.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of client account management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to manage and develop a book of accounts.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience achieving high client renewal and retention rates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
