• Craft, review, and distribute press releases for product launches, partnerships, and company updates.
• Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, managing executive interviews.
• Work closely with our PR agency on press release distribution and media outreach.
• Review agency-created content to ensure alignment with company messaging.
• Prepare and execute crisis communication plans as necessary.
• Engage with followers across social media platforms.
• Plan and align social media content to support PR-driven messaging.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create engaging content.
• Partner with product, marketing, and executive teams for aligned PR efforts.
• Track, analyze, and report on PR and social media metrics.

Requirements

• A strategic thinker with strong listening and communication skills.
• 1-5 years of public relations and social media experience.
• Proficiency in managing media relationships and executing crisis communications.
• Highly skilled in PR tools and social media management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
