PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an Associate Counsel, Securities to join its growing Legal Team. In this role, you will provide legal support on various corporate legal matters, with a focus on securities law and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 7-10 years of legal experience.
• Knowledge of the Securities Act and corporate governance laws.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
