• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a backend Software Engineer.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced SaaS or similar environment.
• Experience with Java and Python, using frameworks like Spring and Django.
• Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with ORMs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills within the team.
