Senior Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

Pano AI is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to strengthen our information security and compliance posture as we scale. This role will help design, implement, and monitor security controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.

In Short

• Support the design and implementation of the information security program.
• Operate and maintain GRC tools (Vanta).
• Coordinate customer security questionnaires and due diligence requests.
• Maintain the company’s Trust Center and security compliance materials.
• Conduct risk assessments and control testing.
• Monitor security tools for alerts and suspicious activity.
• Help draft and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Perform vendor risk assessments.
• Collaborate with IT to improve security controls.
• Assist with security awareness training campaigns.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in information security or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Hands-on experience with GRC tools (Vanta or similar).
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of IAM principles.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with third-party risk management.
• Proven ability to work across teams.
• Hands-on experience with security tools.
