Drive major projects in unlocking new end-to-end capabilities for users.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable production systems.
Develop new features, tools, frameworks, and workflows.
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale.

Participate in on-call rotation for production issues.
Create run-books, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience as a backend Software Engineer.
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or similar environment.
Experience with server-side Java software development and frameworks.
Proficiency with SQL, RDBMS, ideally PostgreSQL.
Ability to visualize and build proposed systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication skills within the team and organization.
