Overview

Pano is searching for a Program Manager to support Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts and ensure timely deployment of Pano Stations for customers in the U.S., Canada, and Australia, contributing to a meaningful cause of early wildfire detection.

In Short

  • Drive and manage Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Ramp Qual (PRQ) efforts.
  • Coordinate program management efforts to improve hardware product development processes.
  • Establish risk management processes and manage program communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Engineering and Operations.
  • Manage HW certification for NPI deployment.
  • Document best practices for NPI programs.
  • Identify and drive improvements for operational processes.
  • Coordinate site installation activities for timely camera deployment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology required, Master's preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in developing and shipping technical programs.
  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Proactive, self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience working in a geographically dispersed team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
