Overview

The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring efficient adoption of Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 Managed Services.

In Short

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for Managed Services customers.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Leverage knowledge of MSSP/MDR operations and incident response.
  • Be the first line of defense for customer technical questions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Solid understanding of security operations and incident response workflows.
  • Experience with MDR, EDR, XDR, or SIEM platforms.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with proven relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of managing customer escalations.
  • Data-driven with a commitment to process.
  • Team player with integrity and innovation.
