Requirements

  • 12+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution engineering.
  • 5+ years overseeing people leaders and scaling technical teams.
  • 5+ years experience in sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or endpoint environments.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling motions.
  • Ability to partner effectively across functions.
  • Experience influencing senior customer stakeholders.
  • Track record of developing leaders and scaling teams.
  • Strong command of data and metrics.
  • Experience in a matrixed, global enterprise environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
