Director of Client Consulting - Remote

Overview

The Director, Client Consulting has a proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and maintaining deep client partnerships and has shown that they can develop individual relationships at all levels in the organization, including C-suite. They are a highly motivated, organized, and thorough leader that can highly internalize who Human8 is and what we offer as a human-driven consultancy. This role will pursue and cultivate consultative relationships with Fortune 500 client organizations that will result in the acquisition of structural and project-based engagements. This role will subsequently lead an internal engagement delivery team and oversee these engagements, providing strategic guidance internally and to clients.

• Manage sales funnel and track activities in HubSpot.

Requirements

• Proven track record of million-dollar revenue generation with C-suite clients.
• Ability to engage in strategic discussions with clients.
• Experience in creating persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Facilitation experience with clients at various organization levels.
• Knowledge of FMCG/Financial/Hospitality industries is a plus.
