Overview

The Legal Counsel is part of our Global corporate Finance & Legal team, overseeing all legal aspects of our business to ensure legal conformity and minimize exposure.

In Short

• Maintain statutory records and manage corporate filings.
• Perform initial review of agreements and negotiate with third parties.
• Conduct legal research to support legal analysis and documentation.
• Provide legal advice on straightforward matters under supervision.
• Assist in training employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in law and legal trends.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or similar relevant field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
