Overview

The Customer Success Architect at Palo Alto Networks will play a key role in helping customers maximize the value of their Xpanse product, ensuring successful deployment and integration into their operations.

  • Guide customers through the product journey for Xpanse.
  • Analyze customer ecosystems and provide technical assistance.
  • Create implementation plans for product deployment.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on Xpanse functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Translate technical knowledge into customer-facing articles and guides.
  • Engage with customers to identify integration opportunities.
  • Support customers in building their Attack Surface Management programs.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity trends and product updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of attack surface management concepts.
  • Experience with Python and REST API development.
  • Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with SOC technologies is a plus.
  • Security clearance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
