Overview

The Customer Success Architect for Cortex XPANSE is responsible for guiding customers through their product journey, ensuring they maximize the value of their Xpanse platform while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.

In Short

  • Provide guidance for effective customer deployment and customization of Xpanse.
  • Create and execute technical implementation plans including onboarding and training.
  • Become a product expert and coach customers on integrating Xpanse into their workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions on Xpanse functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customers and manage technical issues.
  • Translate technical knowledge into customer-friendly articles and guides.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or solutions architecture.
  • Deep understanding of attack surface management concepts.
  • Experience with Python and REST API development.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on complex situations.
  • Familiarity with SOC technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience required.
