Overview

The Channel Systems Engineer will provide leadership and technical expertise to partners, supporting their journey to become key Palo Alto Networks partners. This remote role emphasizes collaboration and education to ensure partners succeed in integrating and selling the company’s cybersecurity solutions.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners on products and integration.
  • Support partners with technical issues during and after implementation.
  • Design customized solutions based on partner needs.
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
  • Assist in developing channel enablement materials.
  • Maintain records of partner interactions and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product management for feedback on improvements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting or similar role.
  • Skilled in Networking, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Experience with channel sales models and partners.
  • Preferred experience with SaaS offerings.
  • Experience in complex sales processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and present technical information.
  • Hands-on experience with product installations and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in English and Swedish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
