Overview

The Channel Systems Engineer will provide leadership and technical expertise to partners, driving growth and ensuring successful integration and post-sales success.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop business plans.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support including product presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Plan and drive technical training sessions for partners.
  • Support partners with technical issues post-implementation.
  • Design customized solutions based on partner needs.
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and industry trends.
  • Develop channel enablement materials.
  • Maintain records of partner interactions and sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Partner Solution Consulting or similar role.
  • Skilled in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity.
  • Experience working with channel sales models.
  • Previous experience with SaaS offerings preferred.
  • Experience in complex sales involving multiple solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical information.
  • Hands-on experience with product installations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
