Business Systems Analyst, Planning - Remote

Overview

The Business Systems Analyst for Planning will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining model infrastructures in the Sales Planning tool, ensuring effective collaboration across various teams to enhance cybersecurity solutions.

• Build and maintain model infrastructures in Sales Planning tools like Anaplan or Pigment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop requirements for system changes.
• Translate complex business problems into intuitive multi-dimensional models.
• Lead UAT testing and deployment efforts.
• Maintain existing models and provide user support.
• Document model processes and maintain data integrity.
• Train new users on the Pigment platform.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
• Conduct administrative tasks related to the Pigment platform.
• Provide feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in model building for Pigment or Anaplan.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Certification in Anaplan or Pigment preferred.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with data integration scripting concepts and ETL technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of data integration processes.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar sales systems is a plus.
• Passion for business analytics and modeling.
