Overview

The Relationship Manager role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Finance Platform, managing the support and processing ecosystem surrounding Palmetto’s financial products.

In Short

  • Remote position based in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams.
  • Travel to visit partners and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and resolve issues to improve partner success.
  • Provide training and support for sales partners.
  • Maintain knowledge of solar financing and market trends.
  • Engage in strategic business planning with partners.
  • Focus on customer experience and feedback.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer or sales support roles.
  • 2-4 years in a partner-facing sales role.
  • BS/BA preferred.
  • Experience with data reporting and workflow improvement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in the region.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are a bonus.
